Gix-IDE v1.0.9

Gix-IDE (and GixSQL) v1.0.9 have just been published on GitHub. This release fixes a bug in the Linux debugger (see issue #49) and adds a new "screen resolution" setting in the "Settings" dialog (should help with issue #32).

As usual, binary and source packages are available in the Releases section on GitHub.
